Design: It is designed to be an underground to ensure that it is not to compete with the existing buildings and also not to unimpede the view in between the old parliament house and the new parliament house.
Purpose: This architectural entity is to provide public interaction with the parliamentary which the current parliamentary system is lack of. This entity offers spaces and opportunities for the public to interact with the existing committee rooms and members such as interacting with the parliamentary members while they are in the meetings (ask question via video call / face to face debating). It is proposed to provide more public spaces for the visitors and members to relax besides just about working in the parliament.
